For inside Germany and EU we use DHL.
For outside EU we use FedEx.
For film negative shipping, you have the choice during checkout to use Deutsche Post €3(untracked) or DHL €4.99(tracked).

We ship to many more, the price will appear during checkout. If your country does not seem to have a shipping option please get in touch.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In that email will be a link to track your order.
Sometimes the tracking page will take a few hours to update. Sometimes you get a better up-to-date status by copying the tracking number and pasting it in the DHL or FedEx website.
We test and check all of our cameras before listing them. If there are any faults or issues they are in the listing. We have an official 1 month warranty.

Yes we do. In case you are unhappy with anything, or just changed your mind. You have 14 days to send your items back. Please make sure they are unopened in the original condition they arrived to you in.
