Once you have received your film scans, your negatives should be ready the next business day in the shop for pick up.

If you need to get your negatives sooner, please contact us and we can organize to get you the negatives asap.

Once you have received your film scans, the negatives will be handed over to our shipping department.

Film negatives are shipped out usually once a week, unless your job is a rush or develop only, then we try and make sure they are shipped asap.

Maxi Brief - 3€ (No Tracking)
DHL - 4.99€ (With Tracking)

Incase you forgot to order shipping or you can not make it to the shop for pick up, please send us an e-mail (info@safelightberlin.com) with your job number and we can ship your negatives back to you.

If you notice any issues or problems with your film scans, please let us know ASAP.

Mistakes can happen, and remember this is analog photography, there are a million factors that can affect the outcome!

We offer two types of printing:

Lab Prints (Abzüge)
These are the classic prints that most people order along with film scans. The standard size is usually 10x15 but we are able to print up to 20x30 with this technique. We use a wonderful lustre paper, it is much higher quality than your local DM/Rossmann.

Fine Art
We have the capabilities to print up to 60x90cm on a selection of fine art archival quality papers.

All printing is done in-house.

We hold on to your negatives for 2 months from the time you received your film scans.

If you can not pick up within that time frame, please contact us and we can mark it for deep storage, or gladly ship them to you.
