Since the beginning we have used Fuji developers in the lab, we tried Noritsu and it was not for us. Here is a shirt to commemorate our love for "Bettina" and our old "Bertha" (R.I.P.)

Orders with products that are for store pick up are ready once payment is completed. No need to wait for the pick up notification.

Normal shipping orders will dispatch from our shop within 1-3 days.

Within Germany

Standard orders ship with DHL (€4.99, tracked).

For film negatives specifically, you can also choose Deutsche Post Maxi Brief (€3, untracked) as a cheaper alternative at checkout.

International

For orders outside Germany, we ship with DHL. You'll have two options at checkout:

Priority (DHL Paket)
Economy (Warenpost Premium)

Orders that will ship outside of EU might have delays due to customs, these are factors beyond our control.

Orders including lab processing and normal products will be shipped after the lab part is complete.

Please remember to include your order # when shipping or dropping films.
